Accounts and authorized users

Customer content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Klapzy a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide the content to us.

Intellectual property

Klapzy and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Klapzy trademarks or branding.

Fees and payment

If you purchase a paid plan, fees and payment terms are described in your order form or subscription page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other party. Each party will protect the other party's confidential information using reasonable care and will use it only to perform obligations under these Terms.

Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klapzy disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klapzy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from or related to the Service.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold Klapzy harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your content, to the extent permitted by law.

Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service.
